HOW IT WORKS

When you are ready to begin, simply head over to the Book Now page and fill out the
inquiry form. Once I receive it, I will reach out to you via email within 24 hours to schedule
your initial intake session. After we set a date, I’ll send you a secure link to complete your
intake paperwork online, which secures your appointment.

Just like an in-person session, your confidentiality is my highest priority. Our appointments take place on a secure, online platform that is highly reliable and straightforward to navigate. Our sessions will fit seamlessly into your normal weekly routine—saving you the stress of a commute while giving you practical insights and strategies to take away and process at your own pace.
