Hi, I’m Liza! A bit about me:

I didn’t just study the path to healing. I found my way home through it.

I know what it’s like to live busily keeping everyone’s peace while losing your own, and to
master the art of being who everyone needs you to be at the cost of who you really are. I
know how it feels to wait around for permission to be whole, carrying the weight of
unspoken exhaustion while seeking validation in all the wrong places.

My work today goes beyond managing symptoms; it’s about helping you achieve healthy
self-differentiation. It’s about locating and naming your pain so you can find a way
through it—rebuilding an inner world that you can finally fall in love with.

I’ve walked alongside:

Individuals: For those seeking a safe and supportive space to unpack their experiences, reflect deeply, rebuild emotional resilience, and navigate the storms of trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, or depression. Youth & Young

Adults: For young people navigating the challenges of home life, friendships, selfimage, identity, and the pressures of today’s society — offering a space to be heard, understood, and empowered

Couples: Helping couples create emotional bond by improving communication, repairing ruptures and resolving conflict — building a more fulfilling and secure relationship.

Families: Supporting families to recognise unhelpful patterns, understand relational dynamics, establish healthy boundaries, and nurture mutual respect.

Ministers & Church Leaders: Offering confidential support for spiritual leaders balancing the demands of ministry and personal life — fostering emotionally healthy spirituality, self-care, and authenticity in public and private spaces.

Parents: Guiding parents through the many stages of raising children — from strengthening bonds and navigating tough moments, to forming secure attachments and growing together with grace.

Mothers: Providing tailored support for the unique journeys of motherhood — embracing identity shifts, managing life transitions, and developing sustainable rhythms of self-care across the seasons of life.

Medical Families: Understanding the distinct demands placed on medical professionals and their loved ones — helping to navigate work-life balance, reduce stress, and protect emotional wellbeing within caregiving roles.

Migrants: Supporting individuals and families through the complexities of cultural transition — including identity formation, generational differences, and building a deep sense of belonging in a new environment.

"Over the years, I have come to realize that the greatest trap in our life is not success, popularity, or power, but self-rejection.”

Henry Nouwen

I help my clients do 3 important things:

1. know themselves and discover their values
2. reclaim their voice
3. design their lives

If you’ve ever felt like you look perfectly functional on the outside but feel like a fraud on
the inside, you know exactly what it means to hold everything together while slowly
unravelling underneath.

The truth is, real change doesn’t come from band-aid approaches. Effective counselling
and psychotherapy are not about quick fixes or surface-level advice.

True transformation happens when we look at the root causes beneath and courageously
take a step forward.

Whether you grew up in an environment where deep emotions were considered messy, or
navigated early adulthood feeling confused —I get it.

My goal is to provide you with a compassionate, confidential, and clinically evidenced
pathway to transformation. Shifts can happen when we work collaboratively to examine
the root causes of your distress and challenge the psychological frameworks that have
dictated your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you move from surviving to truly thriving
in your own life.
